HPE Ⅲ Series

HPE III The new generation of HPE has many new features to offer. While the device is taking a hardness value from the specimen, a temperature sensor mounted on the bottom of the device is taking a temperature value. The device will have indication of both values as well as the values of the ambient temperature and humidity. Historical measurements can be displayed for the hardness values and date/time when each measurement was taken. A Large LCD display for reading comfort, USB connection for data transfer and battery recharge, and a patented hand grip for achieving correct measuring angle and amount of force are all standard features on HPE III.

Optional DAkkS-calibration certificate, control rings and standard rubber blocks are available.

DAkkS/DKD calibration certificate

When a measuring instrument is being calibrated, the given deviation is determined by various measurements versus standard references. A calibration certificate is then issued indicating the measuring results and the corresponding measurement uncertainties and the instrument is marked as calibrated.

All documents together with the calibration certificate provide traceability of national standards.

Standard Rubber Blocks

Standard rubber blocks are used to ensure the metrological capability of the measuring device according to Shore, during the frequency of recalibration. The rubber blocks are embedded in a holder made of stainless steel.

These blocks are available in :
single, 3, 5 or 6 plates including a DAkkS/DKD accredited calibration certificate

BS 61 II - manual stand

The measuring bracket on this manual stand is designed for our HP/HPE II durometers. When the portable hardness tester is used together with BS 61 II, it can effectively eliminate the measurement Angle and force error caused by improper operation. The same BS 61 II can be loaded with both shore A and shore D durometers (shore D needs to be loaded with additional weight). BS 61 II is also suitable for loading shore 00 or 000 durometers.
